Thanks kindly for any light shed and any help that can be given! So, I have two questions:ġ) What is going on with this most recent update version (21.4.6.565) that it broke my Utilities Premium? And more importantly.Ģ) How can I *roll back* to the previous version that I know works (21.4.5.428)? 21.4.5.428, and that Utilities Premium works just fine like it always did. This *cannot* be right, given the frequency and quantity of found issues with the previous (and all other previous) versions.įurther proof - I have another computer that I did not accept the "update" pop-up, and so it still has the older ver. No matter how much work I do, or internet searches conducted in the preceding hours or days, it finds no issues to be cleaned. Now, every time I run "All-in-One PC Cleanup", it doesn't find *any* issues. Several days ago, I accepted the "Norton Utilities Premium updates" pop-up notification and it updated to version 21.4.6.565. ![]() It found and I cleaned 'Browser cache files', 'Temporary files', 'Log files', etc, under the Internet, Windows, and Other headings. I have Norton Utilities Premium and most recently was running version 21.4.5.428 - it worked fine and found/cleared all sorts of issues on a regular basis, every time I used it and ran "All-in-One PC Cleanup".
